My favorite review of all time: eBay Guides Skull-Rider 7/08
Just to note to say I finished the install of the Viper winch on my Honda 420 ATV. Very pleased with the very clear instructions that came with the special mounting plate that I ordered for the 420. Very impressed with the quality, shipping promptness, and all other aspects of the purchase. I hope your company prospers so that it can continue to offer suchexcellent service to customers. Sincerely Ron 4/08
The installation went amazingly easy. All of the wiring and relays fit on existing brackets and dash mounting holes. It took me longer to gather my tools than it took to install. I used it with the block to pull out the telephone pole that broke my old Warn winch. It didn't even bog down. Once again, thanks for your help. Jeff – 4/08
I bought some of your products recently. Me and a few others went away last week on a trip. Just wanted to say that your products worked very well. I put them through a very tough time and they came out very well. The car suffered more damage than the bike and the bike went through some very rough terrain. Hope you like the pictures. Once again thanks for all your help earlier this year and hopefully we can do some more business again some time. – Paul P – Australia – 4/08 (Its a wild Billy Goat!!)
.... I decided to go first so I could winch them up. I told my wife what to do with the winch, and how to hook it to the trees with the tree saver. And I hooked a 20' tow strap to the cage of my ranger for my buddies to keep me up right in case I start to roll. There was 2 trees I used to winch my way up. And another tree I had my friend wrap the tow strap around while I was going up. I made it half way up and had to switch the winch cable to another tree. I had my buddy pull tight on the strap while I let off the winch. I eased off the brake a little to see if he was holding me. And he was! I was nervous at this point cause I was to the steepest part of the hill climb, swapped the cables to the only other tree I could use. The tree was to the left and caused me to be pulled over at an angle. My buddies kept tension on the tow strap while I winched my self up the hill. Let me tell you I was shaking, and in the back of my head I was like please winch do not fail me now! If I was to flip right here I would have went about 100yd down the hill. The line the winch was pulling me at got me most of the way up the huge rock but I needed to go straight and the winch was pulling me hard to the left. My buddies got on top of the hill and told me to let out on the winch so they could see if they could pull me in the right direction with the tow strap. So now relying on my friends to help me the rest of the way I gave it plenty of gas and came on out. I ended up winching both of them up the hill and got done about 30 min after dark. We made it back to the truck around 8:30 and was tired, hurting, and happy to be back.
I would like to tell everyone who goes out, be prepared for the worst. You never know when you might get out there and something go wrong. And it is better to have it than not.
As for the winch, I will always own a Viper on my Off Road Vehicles. A lot of us look at cost for the reason to by a Viper Winch. But for me from now on I would still buy a Viper if it cost as much as a Warn. You might ask why? But if you read the above statements and considered your life to be on the line and a product like Vipers Winch to pull you through you would understand. Josh - cagelzxj - Mar 08
(MotoAlliance) stands behind their products 110% and are very accessible and eager to hear WHATEVER your needs or concerns are. Don't let the cost fool you, these things are both strong and dependable (or I wouldn't have risked fronting all the money and purchasing 7 for my various riding buddies). I use a 3000# for my front that not only pulls me out of the deep, but operates a 60" plow and front end loader style attachment, and also a rear mounted winch and they get abused! Their new sealed contactors are 100% better than the most non-sealed older versions and if you paid for all the "extras" that come WITH their winches it is basically like getting a winch for free! If you do need parts for one the prices are almost laughable, why are all the other guys selling parts for more than double??? All in all I only wish Motoalliance had more atv parts and accessories to offer as I would love to do more buisness with them. Look at their homepage, nothing to hide and part of a much larger company, so safe to say they will be around for a while.... by the way, anyone find "The Other Guy" yet? Chances are nowhere to be found, cut your losses and get a Viper and with the $ saved maybe some more goodies for your ride. Massmudman / 03-08-2008
There is no doubt that you are offering an outstanding product in your winches. However, one thing that I noticed is that you never have belittled, talked down, otherwise poked at your competitors. I find that most impressive. That's very admirable and hard to find in the business world. Some time ago in the Newark NJ airport I seen a poster for America West Airlines (another company I've admired) and it had their business ethics outlined and numero uno was "Always respect your competitors"
Earlier I mentioned about your business ethics and your customer service seems second to none. And I don't mean that as idle talk either. And the fact you sell what literally thousands of other folks have regarded as a top-notch quality product is why I decided to purchase a VIPERMAX. I ordered one on Friday with Jennifer. It's my first winch I've bought going on my first ATV and I'm sure it will serve me well.mds47588 / 03-08-2008
After doing some research and reading members post about Chinese vs. American made winches, I have decided to purchase a Viper Max 4500 winch today. I can’t tell you at this time how the winch works because I don’t have it yet BUT, I can tell you about Viper Max aka Moto Alliance and the CEO of the company.
After reading some posts on the topic of Venom winches, which were not listed on Ebay at the time I was researching I ran across Viper Max. Most members didn’t know too much about them. So I checked out their website and email them for some information. This was in the evening Pacific Coast time. Within 30 minutes I had a response to my 4 or 5 questions from the CEO himself.
There were a few things I didn’t understand in his email so I sent another one back and again 30 minutes or so he sent me back another email. Also, stated if I had more please email again or call but that he couldn’t get back to me the next day because he would be out.
Well, I did have more questions and he answered back the following evening and cc’d two of his customer service reps so when I would call they had all the correct information and that there would be no errors. Now that’s service and I hadn’t even purchased anything, yet.
To top it off, today I called to place the order and the answer phone picked up. I left a message with my phone number so one of the service reps could call me back. About 45 minutes later I got a call back, same day, and the rep happened to be the CEO himself. We spoke a while and he explained why they give the 1 year warranty instead of 6 months, on the winches, how they are sealed, and about the factories they checked out to make the winches for them. He even remember all the items I wanted from 2 days prior. He talked to me about the installation and said when I get it, if there were some problems call and he would hook me up with his tech support. Can’t beat that!
Time will tell just how good this winch really is but, if Viper Max winches are as good as the company’s CEO and customer service has been to me, then I just purchased one great product!
Thanks for all the help and looking forward to getting my Viper Max 4500. Dennis / 01-23-2008
I know a lot of people talk crap about e-bay winches but I will fully stand behind the Viper 2500 lb I bought about 7 months ago. It has been used to pull me out 3 or 4 times, pulled a rhino out that was completely submerged in a creek and pulled 20-25 other machines out without one hiccup. I also used it this past weekend to pull a 8 ft pecan tree out of the ground and barely even strained it. Maybe i got lucky and got a good one but it was the best $120 I have ever spent. Even if it were to fail tomorrow I definitely have gotten my moneys worth. Feb, 07 - MZ6Streetwerks
The winch installation was a breeze! It worked perfectly with the factory installed wiring (Suzuki Eiger). Thank You very much for a great product at a very good price. And thanks for the information given to me before I made my order. You will be #1 on my list for referals. Jan, 07 -Robert, OH
Just wanted to thank you for your help with my purchase of your VX3000 winch set for my 04 Honda Rubicon. Everything looks, fits and performs GREAT !!! My friends will be ordering their winches from you after seeing the product and then finding out the price. Thanks Again, John, LA - Dec 06

"Kristy, Again, I would love to thank you for all of your help with the new 3000 lb winch. I have never bought anything from a company with as many knowledge answers so quickly. You and Pete treated me more like a friend than a customer in another state that you have never met. Again, the winch, the same as the tires are top quality. I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate all that you have done for me and for jumping through hopes with all of my questions and my worse shipping requirements. Thanks Again so Very Much." Dec 05 Debbie

"Kristy, I put it all together last night, wired it up, and the winch works great!!! I am very pleased with the outcome. Very pleased with the product and price!!! I will get with the wife to leave your feedback on Ebay. It is her account if you haven't figured it out by now.....guy named Bill with a Jennifer email address...lol. I will definetely check out your site, and use y'all whenever possible for all my ATV needs. I was going to respond to the email concerning future product, but wanted to see how this whole thing turned out. I'll just go ahead and do it now....

*ITP 589 mud tires (mine are 27")
*Gorrila Axles
*Snorkle kits
I bought a radiator washer from Highlifter.com and i think it is the coolest thing. it's a 12v DC pump that you connect to the power outlet on the ATV (if it has one), drop it in a bucket of water, and start to washing. I think this thing could be pretty popular, once people start seeing it around. If i think of anything else, or here some rumors, i'll let you know. i have CC'd my email address, if you have any future questions on anything, I'd be happy to try and help. You take care Kristy, and thanks for all the help. Jul 05
"To all the wonderful and helpful people at MotoAlliance,
First off, I would like to say thank-you to Kristy for all of your patience and professionalism in helping me put together some great acessories for my 2004 Polaris Sportsman 400. I know I called her and/or e-mailed her with questions and requests at least ten times and she always replied quickly with knowledgeable answers of a person that knows her business and takes great pride in what she's doing. MotoAlliance has helped me outfit my ATV with a Front Brushguard, Rear Bumper, Front and Rear Rack Extensions and a Viper 2500 Winch with the Amsteel Blue cable. All of the accessories were shipped quickly and arrived in excellent condition without any hassles whatsoever. Again, thank you MotoAlliance, I will certainly be a returning customer and I look forward to seeing an expanding product line. Pictures of my ATV will be coming soon."As ever,
Bill, MI May 06
".....and feel free to have anyone contact me and I will give your product a great referral. I am described by most as a perfectionist and a tightwad, lol, and your company pleased me both by quality and financially. I have to tell you though, at first I was very hesitant to purchase the product due to your LOW price, thinking it was either junk or I would never see it. To my amazement, I got neither, but rather a very high quality piece of equipment at a bargain price. That is why I am so willing to help both your company and fellow ATV riders out, so we can all enjoy the saving and high quality accessories."
Sincerely,Doug, WA
