ARE VIPER WINCHES WATERPROOF?
All VIPER Elite winches with a waterproof IP67 rating. VIPER Max winches 3,500lbs-6,000lbs also have an IP67 waterproof rating.
WHERE IS MotoAlliance LOCATED?
Our main headquarters is in Rogers, MN...about 25 minutes NW of downtown Minneapolis.
CAN I FIND VIPER ACCESSORIES AT MY LOCAL DEALERSHIP?
We do work with some dealerships. However, our main focus is bringing our products straight to our customers. This helps our customers receive their items faster. We are also able to work directly with our customers for any suggestions or customer service needs.
DO MotoAlliance PRODUCTS COME WITH A WARRANTY?
Absolutely! We are very confident in the quality of the products we offer. All accessories come with a 60 day warranty, provided they are installed and used according to the specifications in the manual. Winch warranties range from 6 months to Limited Lifetime.

WHAT IF YOU DON'T HAVE A WINCH MOUNT FOR MY ATV? CAN I STILL BUY THE VIPER WINCH?
Often we are able to special order mount plates for ATV/UTVs that aren't listed on our website. Email us at MotoInfo@motoalliance.com or call our toll free line at 866.527.7637 so we can let you know what is available for the ATV/UTV you are looking for.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes! We love our international customers and ship all international orders via FedEx.
DO YOU SHIP OVERSIZED PRODUCTS TO ALASKA AND HAWAII?
Unfortunately we do not. We have experienced a high rate of damage when shipping these products to AK and HI and have decided at this time to not ship to AK and HI. Oversized products include all snow plows, implements and recovery winches. Please contact us with additional questions.
MOTOALLIANCE RETURN POLICY
MotoAlliance will consider returns that are received in the original packaging in new, unused condition. A 20% of the original price restocking fee will be assessed. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Returns can, for most items, be made within 1 year of purchase. Return authorization must be made prior to sending the parts back to MotoAlliance.
HOW QUICKLY WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?
We typically process and ship orders within 24 hours. You will receive an email confirmation upon placing your order.
